The P+S Technik Skater Scope can be used as a straight borescope or with a bend as a periscope.  The system allows for a 360 degree image rotation via an image rotation gear ring, which can accept external motors for precise control.  This feature is also used to level the horizon or create a dutch angle without altering the position of the camera.
