If you’re renting from us, here’s some common forms and files you might need.
Prep the day before your shoot. Return the day after your shoot. Prep Friday and Return Monday is considered a 1-day rental.
3-day rental rate per week. Prep Tuesday and return the following Tuesday by 10AM.
Competitive discounts are available for longer term productions.
Please make sure that the COI, rental agreement and W-9 are all under the same company/entity name.
All payments are scheduled as COD.
Payment is due upon pick up of the rental items.
For all Credit Card transactions a 3.5% fee is added to the rental total.
We can accept payment by Check or ACH, however, a card is required to remain on file for all rentals.
Please list “Cinema Support LA” as the loss payee and additional insured. Let us know if you plan on any above/underwater filming or drone work. Equipment insurance must cover the full replacement value of the equipment and general liability insurance of $1 million is also required. The individual or production company listed as the “insured” on the insurance policy certificate must match the company entering into our rental agreement.

A credit card on file is required regardless of payment method. Please send a copy of the associated ID and front and back of the credit card. If you prefer, you can fill out the password protected version we have also provided below. Give us a call at our office (323) 903-2752, and we will give you the password over the phone. For first time clients, we’ll place a temporary hold on the credit card for the value of the deductible in your COI.
All returns are due by 10am the morning of your return date. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. For a weekend return (pending staff availability) we can open for a $150 fee between 9am-6pm.
